Agnelo Marques
Advisor
Agnelo Marques brings nearly three decades of technology leadership to his role as an Advisor at Flairlabs. In his most recent stint at Mphasis, as Vice President of Solutions, he led global cross-functional teams in delivering secure, scalable, and innovative solutions for major BFSI clients worldwide. His expertise spans AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, ADM, Integration, Data, Automation, Security, Infrastructure, and Business Architecture, supported by multiple certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, Blockchain, and Enterprise Architecture.
Agnelo has a proven track record of shaping enterprise-wide architectures and enabling digital transformation for global organisations, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Citibank, SEI, and GE Money. He has built and led Centres of Excellence, Labs, and Practices across emerging technology areas. His experience also extends to the start-up ecosystem, where he served as Chief Architect and led the end-to-end development of enterprise mobile platforms.
At Flairlabs, Agnelo will guide technology strategy, strengthen architecture frameworks, and mentor teams bringing a practical, innovation-driven approach to accelerate the company’s growth.

With over 30 years of experience in sales, management, and business leadership, she brings a strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset to her role as an Advisor at Flairlabs. Having spent 15+ years leading technology services and product sales across Asia, she has a proven record in driving revenue growth, elevating sales performance, and building high-impact teams. Her last corporate role was as Managing Director and Board Member of Virtustream Securities Pvt. Ltd., now part of Dell Technologies.
She has since transitioned to the development sector, consulting with QUEST, where she continues to apply her expertise in business operations, governance, and strategic communication. Her strengths include P&L management, operational excellence, digital marketing, social media strategy, and end-to-end sales leadership. She also offers deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, CSR, and workplace compliance.
At Flairlabs, she will guide strategic growth, market positioning, and organizational governance.

As a Principal Architect at Google Cloud, she has worked closely with leading banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners to drive large-scale business transformation through modern application architectures, data-driven design, and cloud-native platforms. She had played a key role in shaping solutions for the banking sector, including modernizing applications, scaling UPI infrastructure, and ensuring security and compliance within Google Cloud’s financial services offerings.
With over 25 years of technology leadership experience across Accenture, Infosys, TCS, and GeP, she has led Agile transformations, enterprise architecture initiatives, technology strategy programs, and complex, large-scale implementations. Prior to Google, she also led engineering for a cloud-native SaaS procurement platform.
As an advisor to Flairlabs, she brings deep technical expertise, industry insights, and architectural vision to help shape platform strategy, strengthen engineering practices, and guide the company’s evolution toward scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
